Your Area of Responsibility
- Guarantee project success: Ensure standardized and uniform planning processes and planning tools in the regions
- Plan resources efficiently: Develop cross-regional resource planning and optimize processes in collaboration with the teams in planning and sales
- Live leadership competence: Lead and motivate your team to successfully achieve target and budget goals and promote innovation
- Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant occupational, health, and environmental protection regulations and ensure legally compliant organization
- Framework agreements and partnerships: Negotiate and review framework agreements with external service providers to ensure project execution at the highest level
Your Expertise
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable field
- Proven leadership skills in management positions, combined with strategic thinking for sustainable business success
- Project management training, e.g., IPMA or equivalent, as well as proven practical experience in project management
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing for confident communication in a professional environment as well as a high willingness to travel
