This is what your job will look like

You are responsible for the operation of our customer environments (DataCenter and OnPrem).
You monitor, analyze, and resolve disruptions as well as security incidents.
You participate in customer projects and migrations and maintain close contact with the customer.
You identify and analyze customer requirements.
You monitor customer systems and independently perform troubleshooting.
You carry out proactive maintenance work to ensure IT operations.
You train employees and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.
You work closely with the Service Desk and the Engineering Team to optimize support processes.

What you should bring

You have completed training or studies in computer science or business informatics.
Several years of experience in operating a "Private Cloud" environment is an advantage.
You have good knowledge of the Microsoft product landscape, especially Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
You are interested in further developing your skills in scripting (especially Powershell).
You possess strong analytical skills, initiative, and pronounced problem-solving competence.
You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
Willingness for on-call duty is required.
You have very good German skills and good English skills.
