In this exciting role, you take responsibility for HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In our seasonal environment, you handle numerous entries and exits, obtain work permits, and provide work certificates. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions, manage absence management, and ensure the interface to payroll. During the half-day meetings of the Inoverde management (twice a month), you take the minutes.
You have a commercial basic education and have already gained experience in HR, ideally complemented by further training as an HR assistant. You are an independent, reliable, and responsible person who keeps an overview during intense phases. A structured and efficient way of working, high IT affinity, and good spoken French skills characterize you.
Inoverde brings the fruits, vegetables, and potatoes from over 1000 Swiss agricultural businesses to consumers. The core competencies are cultivation planning, product acceptance, storage, and packaging. We are a reliable partner for retail, wholesale, and the food industry.
