Leadership, deployment planning, training, and performance monitoring of the logistics team
Ensuring efficient and smooth material supply for production
Compliance with and monitoring of environmental and safety regulations and occupational safety measures as well as ensuring workplace safety
Warehouse management and inventory control: ensuring optimal warehouse organization and management, including monitoring of stock levels, inventory optimization, and conducting inventories
Organization and optimization of internal goods flows
Responsibility for timely goods receipt, storage, and delivery to customers or internal departments
Analysis and continuous improvement of logistics processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve storage and transport processes
Creation of logistics key figures and reports to monitor performance and identify improvement potentials
Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and conducting regular quality checks
Completed training in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, and intralogistics
Strong understanding of logistical processes, warehouse organization, and material flows
Very good knowledge in the use of ERP systems and warehouse management systems as well as MS Office
Analytical and problem-solving working style to master logistical challenges and improve processes
Communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal and external partners
Knowledge in occupational safety, environmental protection, and legal regulations in logistics
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
