Tasks
- Advise members on social insurance questions and concerns.
- Clarify insurance issues with a focus on IV, EL, and BVG.
- Conduct administrative tasks and represent Procap externally.
Skills
- Completed training in social insurance law with relevant experience.
- Strong advisory skills in social services and insurance.
- Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
