• 3 Years of Power: Your apprenticeship lasts three years – with lots of practical experience, teamwork, and personal development.
• No Boredom! You will work on real projects and learn step by step what the profession is all about – variety guaranteed.
• Professionals by Your Side: We help when things get tough. Our experienced trainers will teach you everything you need for your professional and school path.
• Once a Week to School: Everyone needs some theory.
• Workbench Instead of School Desk: In the inter-company courses (10×4 days), you will learn the basics of cables, masts & co. with other apprentices – a fixed part of your training.
• Safety First! You will receive thorough introduction, regular training, and everything about occupational safety so that you are always safe on the job.
• Equipment? Sorted! You will get modern work clothes and safety equipment from us.

• School Completed? Check! You have completed compulsory schooling.
