Your Contribution
- You assess property insurance risks of medium and large companies domiciled in Switzerland
- You also calculate and prepare quotes for Swiss customers
- Your tasks also include providing technical support to brokers, direct sales, and our employees in the regions
- You actively shape the development of our products and processes in the corporate property insurance sector (industry/individual) and contribute your expertise to project work
- As part of your responsibility, you help shape the specialist unit for operational infection risks (hygiene insurance). In doing so, you take product responsibility for risks related to operational infection and hygiene risks, develop appropriate coverage concepts, and advise our partners accordingly.
- In addition, you act as a trainer and speaker at internal and external conferences and training sessions and greatly enjoy sharing your knowledge
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a commercial or technical basic education as well as several years of experience in underwriting property and technical insurance and accordingly have good market knowledge
- Ideally, you have already had contact with operational infection or hygiene risks or are interested in further specializing in this area
- You describe your working style as solution-oriented and independently support our partners and customers with your strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- You think analytically and have the ability to deal with complex business management issues
- German is your native language, French skills are required, and additional language skills are an advantage
- You are a team player and understand how to approach challenges constructively
