You at Netcloud
You will be part of a team of Platform Engineers who operate and further develop the internal platforms end-to-end: from physical infrastructure, through network, storage, compute & virtualization up to IaaS and PaaS level. We are responsible for the entire stack and work daily on cross-cutting topics such as security, backup, monitoring, logging, IAM, and automation.
- You administer, operate, and continuously develop our internal cloud and platform infrastructure based on Kubernetes
- You sustainably improve security, stability, performance, and maintainability
- You consistently automate and standardize
- You analyze complex disruptions and fix causes – not just symptoms
- You work closely with architecture, security, and engineering peers in the team as well as specialized teams across Netcloud
- Solid experience in Linux operation of complex environments
- Several years of experience in automation and standardization (experience with Ansible, Terraform, GitOps or comparable) and working with Git
- Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage
- Enjoyment in platform operation and further development and ideally already knowledge in network, storage and/or virtualization
- Independent, structured way of working
You can expect a stable, technically challenging environment focused on internal platform operation and cloud-native technologies. You work in a well-coordinated team with high engineering competence, direct communication, and clear attitude. In addition, you benefit from 6 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, and an open culture where you can contribute – both professionally and personally.
