- Processing maintenance contracts: calculations, offers, changes,
contract terminations - Recording and processing of tenders, offers, and orders in
SAP - Booking offers and creating orders
- Assisting with the processing of submissions
- Receiving inquiries and orders
- Various administrative tasks for the internal sales department
- High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions
What you bring
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with EFZ
- Good MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good oral French skills
are an advantage - Good planning and organizational skills
- Flexible and reliable personality
