Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Locations Witikon & Riesbach

Tasks

• You support the medical service and contribute to smooth processes in the background.
• You work in the company pharmacy and contribute your expertise in the in-house laboratory.
• You take on ELV recording as well as controlling the entries.
• You perform ECGs, blood sampling and vaccinations.
• You coordinate admissions and discharges, triage enquiries and act as an important interface between the medical team, nursing staff and external partners.

Profile

• Independent and responsible working style, strong quality and service awareness as well as a holistic understanding across various areas
• Reliable and careful working style, team spirit, flexibility and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ with professional experience is an advantage
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, very good IT skills and enjoyment of administrative organisation
• You work on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 77,349.– and CHF 103,355.– (100%).

The Health Centres Witikon and Riesbach are jointly managed and located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in city districts 7 and 8. The Health Centre for the Elderly Witikon combines various care and support services under one roof. The Health Centre for the Elderly Riesbach is entirely focused on the treatment, care and nursing of people with dementia. The secured house offers peace, security and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you work together with 400 colleagues.
