Your Tasks

Fundraising and Partnerships: You further develop fundraising with major donors and companies and maintain existing partnerships
Legacy Marketing: You develop and establish our legacy marketing
Events and Communication: You organize events to maintain relationships with various donor groups and support communication (mailings, etc.)
CRM and Data Management: You maintain our CRM donor database and further develop it
Strategic Collaboration: You actively contribute to the further development of the fundraising strategy and provide data-based decision-making foundations

Your Profile

Education: You have a university degree (or equivalent education) in marketing, communication, or a related field
Experience: You bring several years of experience in fundraising – especially in the area of major donors and corporate partnerships
Network: You have an established network and understand how relationship building and maintenance in fundraising work effectively
Expertise: You have very good IT and CRM skills and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
Language Skills: You have very good language skills in German and English
Personality: You work analytically, structured, and team-oriented, are resilient, and enjoy meaningful work
