About the job
Your Main Tasks
- Care and support of pre- and postoperative patients in collaboration with HF/FH nursing professionals
- Needs-oriented and respectful support in difficult situations
- Taking over department-specific tasks in coordination, logistics, and administration
- Individual, professionally sound support of FaGe trainees
- Planning, accompanying, and reflecting on learning processes at eye level
- Designing practical training situations according to the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model (CAS)
- Conducting assessments and documenting learning progress
- Promoting an open learning atmosphere in close cooperation with the interprofessional team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (Fachfrau Gesundheit or Fachmann Gesundheit)
- Advantage: Experience in acute care, ideally in a surgical discipline
- Pedagogical further training (SVEB certificate or willingness to complete it)
- Strong interest in the field and/or willingness to familiarize yourself with it
- Enjoyment in supporting and developing young people
- Motivated, communicative, and resilient personality with team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work)
