What to expect
You have an organizational talent and love to keep an overview? As a project management assistant, you are the backbone of our event and promotion projects – you ensure that planning, administration, and deployment coordination run smoothly. You work closely with our project managers and ensure seamless project execution.
Your tasks
- You support project management in organizing and executing our projects.
- You plan and coordinate personnel deployments, including Excel overviews and deployment plans.
- You research, obtain quotes, and maintain contact with suppliers and partners.
- You coordinate tasks, provide materials, and keep an eye on budgets.
- You train and supervise promotion staff.
- You create presentations, minutes, and reports and manage project administration.
- You ensure on-site with your commitment that our events and promotions are successful.
Your skills
- Completed training in business administration, event management, marketing, communication, or tourism.
- Initial professional experience in an organizational or project-related role is an advantage.
- Very good MS Office and especially Excel skills.
- Confident German in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage, French is a plus.
- Structured, reliable, and forward-looking working style with high quality standards.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and communication, hands-on mentality, and service orientation.
