- In-depth legal, medical, and economic review of benefit claims
- Coordination and correspondence with insured persons, doctors, lawyers, authorities, health or accident insurers, and disability insurance
- Collaboration with internal trusted doctors, case managers, and the legal department
- With your curious and constructive nature, you actively contribute to positive change, including in technical areas if these topics particularly interest you

Your Skills and Talents
- Several years of professional experience in claims processing, preferably in the claims area of a social insurance, is a prerequisite
- Completed commercial or equivalent training or training in the medical field
- You have drive, a positive mindset, and a sense of humor
- You show courage and are decisive
- You are characterized by a high customer orientation
- You enjoy communication and have confident negotiation skills
- Fluent German and Italian in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage
