Skills
- Completed training as a decorator or upholsterer; experience in high-end interiors.
- Strong technical skills in machine and tool management.
- Fluent in Italian; knowledge of German or English preferred.

What you will accomplish with us
- Aesthetics & Value Preservation: Maintenance and professional repairs throughout the entire hotel operation – from upholstered furniture to wall coverings
- Eye for Detail: Creating and processing defect lists as well as proactive damage reports
- Coordination & Communication: Obtaining and negotiating quotes as well as collaborating with external specialist companies
- Technical Skill: Careful maintenance and handling of machines and tools
- Shaping the Ambiance: Organizing and implementing stylish holiday decorations in the hotel
- Placing orders in consultation with the Technical Manager
- Start: possible immediately
Who you are
- Completed training as an upholsterer, upholstery technician, or interior decorator
- Experience in maintenance and design of high-quality interiors
- Independent decision-making authority in your area of expertise & professional emergency management
- Language skills: Must-have: Italian, plus German or English
- Responsible, solution-oriented, and passionate about stylish interior design and craftsmanship
