The Hotel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with various gastronomy venues and a centrally located accommodation. The group includes the 3* Superior Hotel Berchtold, the popular Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy and well-visited bar «B5 to be», the Bistro B5, and Lädeli B5 to go.

To complement our kitchen team at Hotel Berchtold, we are looking for a motivated, resilient team player by arrangement as:

Cook 100% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Professional preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Efficient and careful production during service times
• Proper storage and hygienic further processing of the inventory
• General cleaning and tidying tasks as well as assistance in the office
• Compliance with HACCP regulations and ongoing process control

Your profile

• You have completed training as a cook EFZ
• You bring professional experience including apprenticeship
• You are an open and proactive personality
• You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
• You have very good German skills
• Professional appearance and a neat appearance are required
• You are a creative mind and open to new and homemade products
• You are a team player, warm-hearted and conscientious

You can expect a demanding and responsible task in a young and dynamic team.
