Are you looking for a challenging activity that involves both office work and field assignments? We are looking for an independent, well-organized personality who enjoys being in personal contact with insured persons in the context of benefit clarifications.
Your tasks
- You plan, organize, and conduct efficient clarifications by phone or on-site to assess helplessness in the areas of IV and AHV.
- You collect disability-related restrictions, assess them, and forward the results to our internal specialists.
- You write your clarification reports, process insurance claims in the area of assistance contributions, and create decisions.
- You share your assessments, in the context of interdisciplinary collaboration, with doctors, lawyers, integration specialists, and other involved persons.
Your competencies
- You have a qualification in healthcare (preferably in nursing) and several years of professional experience.
- You have a solution-oriented working style, organizational skills, and plan your assignments flexibly, efficiently, and customer-oriented.
- You maintain an empathetic approach and are not afraid to visit insured persons at home.
- You hold a driver's license (Category B) and enjoy being on the road in the canton of Lucerne.
