Our motivated and competent team in property management manages the non-governmental properties of the Canton of Zurich.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and experienced individual as a real estate clerk. Together with one to two property managers, you will manage an attractive portfolio and effectively relieve them in all administrative and organizational matters. You assist in preparing rental and lease agreements as well as analyses and reports. You will benefit from your commercial apprenticeship, your confident German, and your good IT user skills in Office 365. You can demonstrate your service orientation and good manners daily in contact with tenants and craftsmen.
