IT Specialist Application
Public Prosecutor's Office | 80-100% | Chur
The Public Prosecutor's Office with its 71 employees is functionally and materially an independent body of criminal justice. It conducts criminal investigations against adults and juveniles in cases of crimes, offenses, and violations and is responsible for enforcing the state's criminal claims. The main office of the Public Prosecutor's Office is located in Chur. It has branches in Davos, Ilanz, Roveredo, Samedan, and Thusis.
We are looking for an IT Specialist Application for the Public Prosecutor's Office starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Technical mapping and configuration of BPMN 2.0 processes in the specialist application
- Assistance in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of existing procedural and business processes
- Conducting tests, quality assurance, and professional acceptance of configured workflows and functional extensions
- Management of request fulfillment (service, change, and extension requests), including communication with the application supplier
- Participation in release planning, migrations, and continuous development of the application
- Training of end users as well as creation and maintenance of professional and technical documentation
What we expect from you
- Completed higher technical school or similar education in the IT field
- Experience in configuring workflows and supporting complex specialist applications, ideally in the judicial environment, as well as in training
- Team-oriented, service-minded, and proactive personality with a solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, and good knowledge of several cantonal languages (preferably Italian) are desirable
- An impeccable reputation
