Your tasks
- Mail processing, scanning, and triage
- Telephone service
- Maintenance of the general email inbox
- Archiving
- Management of office supplies
- Organization, coordination, and minute-taking of meetings
- Organizational tasks related to personnel entries and exits
- Low-threshold technical support for hardware and software
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ)
- Very good and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good manners, confident appearance, and enjoyment of telephone contact
- Reliable, independent, and precise working style
- Humor, collegiality, and joy in working as part of a team
