Your Tasks
In this versatile position, you will take on central tasks in the secretariat of the genetic counseling center. Your main tasks include:
- Telephone scheduling of genetic counseling appointments including the associated administration
- Receiving and forwarding telephone inquiries from the genetic consultation
- Recording referrals, processing cost approvals and patient documents
- Proofreading and sending reports
- Representing team colleagues during absences
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical or hospital secretary or MPA
- Experience in patient contact with a particularly high need for empathy and sensitivity
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
- Professional interest and willingness to acquire knowledge in the field of medical genetics
- Flexibility in an exciting work environment and willingness to take on additional tasks
