The Horizonte Association in Thalwil has been committed for over 30 years to people with mental disabilities in the residential and work areas. The Horizonte Workshop provides people with mental disabilities a daily structure. Under professional guidance, attractive products are made without performance pressure using the materials paper, textile, and recycled materials. From February 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for an intern or trainee workshop 100%, 6 to 9 months (pre-internship for university, entry internship, internship for career changers). Your tasks:- Set up workplaces according to the abilities and needs of the employees
- Instruction, supervision of work processes
- Care tasks
- Assistance in organizing and carrying out internal events
- Area-specific administration
- Minimum age 20 years
- Experience in the working world
- Responsibility and quality awareness
- Good knowledge of German
- Enjoy working and manual skills
- Interest and willingness to support people with mental disabilities
- Respectful and appreciative attitude towards people with specific
