For the Real Estate Section, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Contact person for user needs in all construction-related issues
- Responsibility for coordinated client-side project management regarding performance, costs, and deadlines
- Internal project development with our users
- Shaping the digital transformation for the PSI campus
- Defining, applying, and further developing BIM and CAD standards together with the project team
- Planning and coordination of projects using the BIM method
- Creating construction drawings and plans as well as digital 3D models
- Preparation and execution of procurement procedures
Your profile
- Completed studies (ETH/FH) in architecture or civil engineering or draftsman EFZ - architecture with further training
- Additional qualifications in the field of digitalization in construction
- Professional experience as a project manager in demanding construction projects
- Strong affinity for building-technical construction projects
- Conceptual and networked thinking, ability to independently grasp, organize, and coordinate new topics
- High communication skills and pronounced social skills
- Enjoy working with various stakeholders in the research environment
- Team-oriented working style and cooperative personality
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, CAD programs, project platforms, 3D and BIM modeling programs
