From August 1, 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as

• You jointly manage the textile workshop with an occupational therapist colleague and offer group and individual therapies within the framework of work therapy for mentally ill people aged 18 to 64, in the (partial) inpatient setting
• You implement occupational therapy treatment (with a focus on work orientation) based on evidence
• You contribute to the conceptual further development of the work therapy offer in the textile workshop
• You are part of the intra- and interprofessional treatment team and actively participate in the implementation of therapeutic goals within the overall treatment
• You proactively participate, among other things, in patient-related case discussions, reports, team meetings, and supervisions
• You maintain professionally sound documentation

• You have a completed degree or training in occupational therapy (BSc, FH, HF) recognized in Switzerland. In addition, you have clinical experience in dealing with employable people with mental health problems.
• You have therapeutic experience in dealing with employable people with mental health problems
• Preferably, you have experience in the field of work therapy/ vocational integration or are willing to acquire these skills
• You have interest and expertise in working with textile materials and are creative in the sustainable use of materials
• Preferably, you bring experience with assessments to determine work ability
• You think and act in a networked and innovative way and are characterized by personal responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork
