For our patient scheduling & outpatient services, we are looking for a committed person to start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Collaboration in outpatient consultations (including cardiology, angiology, urology, proctology, neurology, surgery, and gastroenterology)
- Comprehensive handling from the first patient contact, through preliminary examinations, nursing assessment to the surgery appointment
- Patient scheduling with coordination of bed occupancy
- Scheduling and preparation of anesthesia consultations
- Reporting and appointment planning for the outpatient area
- Entering patient data into the corresponding IT systems (MSKIS, SAP, MS Office)
- Interaction and contact with our patients as well as all involved parties in the internal and external network
Your profile
- Completed training as an MPA with professional experience in hospital or outpatient care
- Physical and mental resilience
- Organizational skills, as well as goal-oriented, independent, and responsible action
- Flexible, team-oriented, and motivated personality
- Service-oriented, highly independent, and confident appearance
- Interest in a versatile and challenging field of work
