About the job

• Ensure and coordinate teaching operations as well as manage the interfaces between departments, divisions, department management, and units of the BFH umbrella organization
• Plan, organize, and record the meetings of the TI Teaching Commission and follow up on decisions and tasks
• Support the TI Teaching Management and coordinate central data sources for study plans, elective modules, and deployment plans
• Coordinate, manage, and ensure the quality of study plans in the IS-A system in close collaboration with student administration
• Participate in projects and map, implement, and continuously optimize processes in teaching operations

• A degree at Bachelor or Master level and preferably professional experience in an expert organization such as a university, public sector, or knowledge-based services
• Solid understanding of complex processes in higher education teaching and experience dealing with different stakeholders
• Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to design and implement processes efficiently
• Confident and practical use of common IT tools
• Very good German or French skills with good knowledge of the second language at level C1 and ideally English skills
