Our general agency in the Bernese Oberland offers you a versatile and future-oriented work environment with great scope for design. In this responsible position, you take on a central role in leading and further developing our field and internal sales teams and actively shape the collaboration within the general agency.
You have solid experience in leading sales teams, are ideally well connected in the economic environment of the region, and bring a strong local network. With an approachable, trustworthy, and proactive manner, you promote a human and partnership-based collaboration and thus contribute significantly to the sustainable development of our general agency and to our shared success.
Your diverse tasks include:
- Team leadership and management: Leading, motivating, and promoting a multidisciplinary team as well as personnel development through recruitment, training, and further education.
- Sales and marketing: Developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Business development: Managing and expanding the customer portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling, as well as maintaining a network of business partners and brokers.
- Representation and communication: Representing the insurance company at regional events and effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues and handle complaints.
- Administrative tasks: Preparing regular reports on business activities and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and internal guidelines.
- Innovation and digitalization: Promoting and implementing digital solutions to optimize processes and improve customer service, as well as implementing innovative approaches to increase the agency's competitiveness.
What distinguishes you:
- Several years of experience in leading and motivating sales teams
- Completed university degree, federal specialist certificate in insurance, or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
- Strong network within the insurance industry
