About the job

• Specialist medical responsibility and supervision of psychological-psychotherapeutic treatments by psychotherapists in the team
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary therapy team within the framework of a holistic treatment concept
• Independent psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients
• Clarification and counseling interviews

• Completed or well-advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with several years of professional experience
• Motivation to work with a holistic treatment concept
• High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
• Process-oriented, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented thinking and acting
• Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
