Here is what you will do
- Carrying out all master builder tasks in building construction (new construction, conversion, and renovation): building masonry from brick and natural stone, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work as well as listed buildings
- Construction site preparation, leading a work group
- Organization and coordination of daily work
- Material orders and checking deliveries
- Ensuring timely, high-quality construction execution and enforcing occupational safety measures
- Supporting the training of our apprentices
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer EFZ
- Further training to become a certified construction foreman and/or certified construction supervisor or on the way to it
- Organizational skills, independence, and enjoyment of team leadership
- A responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Driver's license category B, ideally also BE
