* Are responsible for all general small technical repairs, structural improvements, and necessary maintenance measures
* Regularly check the hotel's technical systems
* Coordinate all external facility management service companies
* Perform painting and silicone work throughout the hotel
* Work closely with the Corporate Office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
* Monitor all regular maintenance and expert inspections of technical and safety-relevant systems in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
* Are responsible for purchasing necessary materials, in consultation with the Hotel Manager
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Have completed vocational training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical
* Bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position
* Have already gained experience in leading/coordinating external service providers
* Have good general manual skills and abilities (e.g., painting, electrical, sanitary)
* Appear confident, bring lots of joy of life, and humor is simply part of you
* Are willing to occasionally work on weekends and, if necessary, take on a late shift
* Speak fluent German and can communicate in English
