Help us create a new chapter – Support in the small residential groups

In two small residential groups with 3 – 4 clients each, from 2027 onwards, adults with
developmental and multiple disabilities, requiring intensive support, will be accompanied. The
preparations for this are underway in staff training, concept development, and a new building. If you want to be part of it, then apply as:

in care and participation in social life in a unique environment focused on
intensive support.
o Functional health: The concept of functional health forms the basis
of your work – also when supporting challenging behaviors.

work closely with specialists, relatives, and legal guardians.

What you bring:
o Completed training as social pedagogue / FABE / HEP / Psychiatric FAGE
o Joy in intensive, individual relationship work and high presence in the daily life of the
clients
o Humor, groundedness, and resilience – we are looking for a multitalent who can stand firm in strong
winds, sometimes laugh at themselves, and be at the forefront in a crisis!
o Supportive, clear communication – just say it straightforwardly
o A team-oriented and independent working style – you can shine in a team and also
excel independently
o Flexibility for irregular working hours and night duty
