Mandate Management Accounting Private Clients 80% - 100% (f, m, d) in Zurich, Zug or Aarau

You can choose your workplace from Zurich, Aarau, or Zug. Our Zurich office is located in District 4 at the lively Langstrasse corner of Badenerstrasse. The Aarau and Zug branches are both very centrally located and max. 10 minutes from the train station.

• Managing financial and securities accounting 
• Preparing annual financial statements and interim reports 
• Analyzing and presenting annual financial statements in client and board meetings 
• Preparing reports for the automatic exchange of information (AEOI)
• Budget responsibility in individual mandates 
• File management and electronic data entry in the document management system

• Commercial basic training with completed further education in the financial sector (e.g., specialist certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration HF or FH)
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable role 
• High IT and numerical affinity as well as analytical and networked thinking
• Cheerful, eager team member with quick comprehension and precise working style 
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
