Your task:

As a member of the management team, you take overall responsibility for the financial areas of the group and its subsidiaries. You coordinate group-wide financial activities including cash management and IT, are responsible for tax and insurance matters, and provide the necessary reports and analyses. In this key role, you report directly to the board of directors and provide the financial basis for efficient and sustainable corporate management. As a sparring partner for management and internal service provider, a versatile, strategic as well as operational activity awaits you, in which you can actively contribute your expertise.
Your responsibilities also include the preparation of business plans, profitability calculations, and liquidity planning as well as monthly reporting and interim financial statements. In the context of corporate and project financing, you are responsible for all measures to provide the financial resources needed for investment and major projects. Your responsibilities also include accounting and reporting to the board of directors as well as the preparation and conduct of budget negotiations with domestic and foreign cost bearers.

Your profile:

We are looking for a strong leadership and experienced financial personality with a solid education in finance or controlling, for example as a federally certified expert in accounting and controlling or as a business economist FH/Uni. You communicate professionally in German, French, and English and convince with your entrepreneurial thinking and actions.
