Technical Sales Internal Service for shut-off technology, industrial hoses, and flat gaskets (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical advice and support for internal and external customers 
• Development of customer-specific product solutions Calculation for commercial or customer-specific products
• Create and maintain articles in SAP
• Support in assortment strategy and definition of commercial products
• Handling quality reports in customer complaints
• Responsible for achieving targets for the defined product portfolio

Requirements

• Team-oriented and open personality
• Professional experience in shut-off technology & instruments, industrial hoses, and flat gaskets is an advantage
• High affinity for technology and the industrial environment
• Good SAP and Excel skills and willingness to develop further
• Proactive, entrepreneurial action with a clear focus on our customers' needs
• Technical basic training with further education in the commercial field or commercial basic training with further education in the technical field
• Very good German skills, French & English skills are an advantage
• Ability for creative thinking, self-organization, and good time management
