To replace a departure in our Marketing & Sponsoring department based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for, for a start date to be agreed, a
Product Manager 80-100%
Main tasks
- Collaborate in defining and evolving the mortgage offer within the product lifecycle.
- Actively collaborate with the relevant internal departments to ensure product coherence and compliance (credit and legal services).
- Analyze product performance KPIs and identify optimization elements (pricing, processes, etc.)
- Work on and define the marketing positioning of each range (mortgages, investment funds).
- Support management by developing strategic recommendations on banking products.
- Create marketing content related to products for our various communication channels.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on mortgage and investment product ranges.
- Write content for sales teams and ensure product training.
- Act as a contact point for various internal departments and contribute to optimizing customer flows (mortgage onboarding, digital subscription, etc.)
- Lead and successfully complete product innovation projects or rethink existing offers.
Professional skills and abilities
- Holder of a higher education degree (HEG, HES) in marketing or business economics.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss banking services with a specialization in mortgages and investment products.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in service marketing.
- Ability to unite internal and external partners within project management.
- Ease and proven experience in creating marketing content for various distribution channels (website, newsletters, brochures, videos, etc.)
- Native French speaker, able to work easily with German and/or English (minimum B2)
- Quick understanding of banking IT solutions (Finnova, Avaloq, or others)
