• Active participation in planning, monitoring, and achieving the budget
• Ensuring and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative staffing levels: responsibility for the duty and vacation planning of all employees
• Motivating leadership of the entire service team, taking into account the established leadership principles.
• Ensuring and increasing service quality by implementing qualification measures for employees
• Active role as host towards our guests, as well as receiving and resolving complaints
• Performing administrative tasks, such as managing and maintaining the guest file and making reservations
• Planning, preparing, and carrying out the standard daily business and ensuring smooth operations
• Ensuring correct billing, maintaining the cash book, and depositing cash
• Controlling inventory and compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards throughout the restaurant area

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy as well as initial leadership experience
• Strong business acumen
• Confidence in using common software programs such as MS Office
• Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
