Your scope of design:
- Co-design in the integration into result-oriented work processes as well as support for the successful participation of employees
- Active performance of simple support tasks during activities and daily routines
- Accompaniment during transports and events outside the department
- Participation in social interaction
- Support with personal care
- Execution of household tasks taking hygiene regulations into account
- Completion of simple administrative tasks
- Active collaboration in the team and department
- Assistant in Health and Social Services or similar qualifications
- Basic knowledge or practical experience desired
- High willingness to learn
- Social competence and empathy
- Resilience, ability to accept criticism, sense of responsibility
