We are looking for an agreement
40-60% workload
Tasks ▪ Responsibility for the financial management of the clinic based on meaningful key figures (KPIs) and business analyses ▪ Execution of operational controlling as well as analysis of the profitability of the services offered ▪ Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and conducting variance analyses, especially in the context of company expansion ▪ Further development and maintenance of Power BI reports as well as optimization of interfaces to the ERP system ▪ Project responsibility for financial processes and data structure during the introduction of new clinic software ▪ Responsibility for financial accounting (excluding operational accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting) ▪ Preparation of the annual financial statements according to OR and support of the audit ▪ Preparation and presentation of reports, analyses, and recommendations for action for clinic management ▪ Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in processes, cost structures, and revenue models
Qualifications ▪ Completed business education (HF, FH or university) with a focus on finance or controlling ▪ Further training in finance is an advantage (e.g., MAS Controlling or certified expert in accounting and controlling) ▪ Several years of experience in controlling with solid knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting ▪ Proficient in OR accounting with corresponding experience ▪ Confident handling of Excel and Power BI ▪ Experience with financial processes and interfaces during the introduction of new software is an advantage ▪ Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking ▪ Hands-on mentality combined with an independent, structured, and reliable working style ▪ Communicative and solution-oriented personality who takes responsibility and contributes in a dynamic environment
