Your tasks

• Reception of samples
• Recording of prescriptions
• Management of non-conformities
• Management of external shipments
• Various administrative tasks
• Handle complaints from medical offices, clinics, and hospitals
• Advise offices on pre-analytical protocols
• Handle problematic cases and file modifications

What you bring

Technical:

• Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results, and analytical protocols
• Good computer skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to specific medical analysis management software of the service for data entry and updates
• Good oral and written expression in French
• Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
• In-depth knowledge of medical vocabulary
• Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously

Training and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical diagnostic laboratory recommended
• Certified medical assistant training or equivalent training

This position involves morning, daytime, and evening shifts from Monday to Friday with occasional on-call duty on Saturdays.
