The DevOps Team Plankton is responsible for the operation and continuous development of the standard software solutions SIC and CLS PayPlus, as well as the internal sanctions filter, which are essential for secure and efficient payment transactions. With a ten-member interdisciplinary team of dedicated specialists and IT experts, the DevOps Team Plankton ensures smooth integration of the systems. The team combines technical know-how with a deep understanding of business processes to provide reliable solutions.

Your focus includes all dimensions of integrating purchased software into our IT landscape. This includes coordinating software partners and various internal competence centers, as well as the actual hands-on work with the team.

Your Tasks

You implement exciting projects in the area of payment transactions and work with agile methods (SAFe)
As an IT integration specialist, you act as a central interface between business units, software suppliers, software development, and other IT departments (e.g., security, architecture, infrastructure)
You contribute your ideas and expertise to a motivated DevOps team and actively shape the further development of processes and solutions
In close collaboration with the business units and software manufacturers, you integrate and operate software solutions in the application landscape of Zürcher Kantonalbank
You work closely with various business units and infrastructure teams

Your Profile

You have solid experience as an application manager or system integrator throughout the entire lifecycle of a business application – from initial introduction through operation to further development of purchased software
You have good practical knowledge of Linux servers, Unix shell scripting, databases, and application connections to surrounding systems
Knowledge of infrastructure platforms such as IBM MQ Series, LINUX, Ingres, and Oracle DB
Knowledge of technologies like Podman, Keycloak, and Karaf or programming languages like Perl and Python is a plus – but not a must
You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (at least B2 level)
