Bärgbeiz Gempenturm
The traditional inn with breathtaking views is located on the Schartenfluh (commonly known as "Gempenstollen" or simply "Gempen"), the highest point of the Gempen plateau at 753 m above sea level. The house, built over 100 years ago, is unique in the region due to its location and is therefore a popular excursion destination or an ideal stopover on a hike. The Bärgbeiz Gempenturm is also a wonderful place to celebrate parties in small or larger groups.

What you bring
You have several years of experience as a restaurant specialist or a similar position as well as solid professional know-how. You work in a structured manner, organize yourself proactively, and master challenges with reliability and precision.
Your excellent rapport with guests and team members gives you a natural authority, which you skillfully integrate into a cooperative leadership style.
Your tasks
- Organization, coordination, and structuring of daily operations
- Maintaining quality standards
- Leading the team including onboarding, training, and employee discussions
- Administration (daily and monthly closings, staff scheduling, ordering, emails, offers, reputation management, maintenance and support of various systems, social media)
- Responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of all rooms, facilities, and equipment
- Maintaining HACCP standards and the in-house hygiene concept
- Adhering to the budget and specified key figures
