Job requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Affinity for high-quality fresh raw materials

Area of responsibility

Responsible for a smooth and clean workflow in the kitchen
Preparation of dishes and consideration of HACCP/GHP
Independent management of the station
Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines

Personal requirements

Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
Neat appearance
Reliable and responsible
Fluent (Swiss) German
Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
