Your missions
– Ensure the quality and careful presentation
of each catering product, with a real attention to detail.
– Supervise and coordinate the catering team with
good human and operational management.
– Participate in the creation of new products
that are innovative and adapted to the needs of our clientele.
– Ensure strict compliance with hygiene
and food safety instructions.
– Ensure optimal stock management
(especially monitoring expiration dates).
– Use computer tools for tracking
orders, stocks, and planning.
– CFC baker or in the field, or solid professional experience in the food sector.
