Chef de Rang - Restaurant Spices 100% (m/f/x)
In the multiple award-winning Spices Kitchen & Terrace, everything revolves around the moment: the energy of the open show kitchen, the flavors from Thailand, China, Japan, and India – and the unique view over Lake Lucerne. As Chef de Rang, you ensure that this moment is not only culinary but also service-wise at the highest level.
- You independently manage your service station with precision, structure, and attention.
- You competently and stylishly advise our national and international guests – from Dim Sum to Sake to signature desserts.
- You ensure smooth operations in close collaboration with the kitchen and service team.
- You bring your personality to the table, are present, and actively contribute to the atmosphere of Spices.
- You consistently implement the highest standards in quality, service, and attention to detail.
You have completed training in the service sector of gastronomy or hospitality and have already gained experience in upscale hospitality. You speak fluent German and English, work in an organized and reliable manner, and have a natural sense for guest needs. You impress with your demeanor, remain composed even in hectic moments, and enjoy taking on responsibility. Sales talent, team spirit, and the willingness to continuously develop round out your profile.
