Team Leader Battery Production

For our battery production (ESS) we are looking for a practice-oriented team leader who will take responsibility for battery production (pack line). In this key role, you will lead the pack line on the shop floor and have overall responsibility for the areas of on-time delivery, costs, quality and occupational safety (HSE).

Your role and responsibilities

• Guiding the Pack Line in Battery Production

• Planning of the necessary resources as well as promotion and further development of employees in the team

• Further development of the organization in terms of processes and competencies

• Responsibility for the achievement of operational goals, compliance with occupational safety and the continuous optimization of work processes in terms of quality and productivity

Your Background

• Completed apprenticeship in a technical field

• Further training at the HF technician level or comparable

• At least three years of experience in a comparable production environment

• High level of self-motivation, resilience and strong quality awarenessCooperative, solution-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills, both written and spoken

• Very good knowledge of German, English is an advantage

• Leadership experience in a similar environment is an advantage

• Good SAP, MES and MS Office skills
