About the job
At myclimate, curious and committed people are dedicated to climate protection. For us, it is not just a workplace but a mission: We shape a sustainable future. In everything we do, our goal is the greatest possible impact in climate protection.
Our vocational education team enables apprentices of all professions to apply and further develop their professional skills for climate protection. For this, we organize educational programs, conduct workshops, support the development of their own climate protection measures, develop tools, and collaborate with teachers at vocational schools as well as professionals in professional associations and other organizations. Our goal is to establish and expand myclimate as the education partner for the topic of climate protection in vocational education.
Let’s shape our future together! Do you identify with our purpose of climate protection and want to shape the future of our world together with the myclimate team?
Then start with us by arrangement as

Your Tasks:
- You coordinate, moderate, and evaluate workshops at vocational schools in the German-speaking part of Switzerland – and inspire young people there for future topics.

- You support your team in developing practical teaching and learning materials that make learning enjoyable.
- You dive into various apprenticeships, research effective climate protection potentials, and make this knowledge usable for vocational education.
- And of course, you pitch in wherever your team needs you – together you shape an education that creates the future.
Your Profile:
- Sustainability or a related field. You have built your foundation through vocational training or the academic route and ideally supplemented it with higher vocational education or a (technical) university degree.
- You already have one to three years of professional experience and are eager to further develop your skills.
- You have experience leading workshops with young people – and feel comfortable in the vocational education world or want to get to know it better.
- Topics such as climate change, climate protection, and sustainability are familiar to you, and you are eager to put this knowledge into practice.
- You have taken first steps in project management and want to continue growing there.
- If you already have knowledge in vocational education, learning design, didactics, or content management systems: even better!
- You communicate strongly in German and ideally also score with English or French skills.
- You appear confident and positive, quickly win people over to your ideas, and manage to engage learners as well as other stakeholders.
- You are a person who takes initiative: You bring in ideas – and implement them with energy and joy.
