What you will do

• You help our national and international clients define their future corporate strategy
• You analyze market and customer needs as well as internal processes and derive digital business models and products from them
• You identify improvement potentials in organizations and support clients in implementing them effectively
• You accompany digital projects within an interdisciplinary project team from the concept phase through design to implementation in close collaboration with client teams and external partners
• As an experienced consultant with a product owner mindset, you act at the interface between business and technology.
• You pragmatically apply your knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
• You participate in sales promotion activities and take responsibility in client acquisition
• You also take on supporting tasks in internal processes, e.g., in recruiting or marketing

What you bring professionally

• You have an excellent master's degree, preferably in computer science, a natural science, or business
• You have already gained 5 years of work experience in the digital environment, ideally in a top-tier strategy or IT consulting firm
• You have experience as a product owner or requirements engineer in agile projects
• You are familiar with frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe and know how to effectively apply agile principles in projects
• You are confident in dealing with strategic, technical, and digital issues
• You communicate on equal footing with stakeholders from business and IT
• You bring a high degree of initiative, think structured, and enjoy working solution-oriented in a team

• You speak fluent German and English; French is a plus
