What you can achieve
- Management of technical development projects in the field of communication technology (military / governmental)
- Active participation - "hands on" - creation of technical concepts and software architectures in collaboration with HW/SW development and system engineering
- Technical and organizational control of the development team (internal & external) using agile methods

What you bring with you
- Completed studies (FH/UNI) in communications, electrical or information technology or comparable education
- Proven experience and success in technical project management, preferably in ICT or network technology
- Very high technical understanding as well as proven experience in software development (Linux, C, C++, client-server applications) and network technology (routing, VPN, IPv6) are mandatory.
- Knowledge of modern software development methods and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Gitlab), version control systems (especially Git), and CI/CD (Jenkins, etc.)
- Very good communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured, and proactive working style are an absolute must.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, willingness to perform, and a solution-oriented personality with a flair for cross-team collaboration complete your profile
- Proven experience in requirements management and handling modern project management tools
- Very good German and English skills
