Care 50-90% or hourly help (m/f/d)

In the studios, people with support needs are offered a meaningful daily structure. Nonverbal and verbal communication, basic stimulation, as well as compensatory offers are important components of the support.

Your assignment

• Accompanying and supporting our employees in their daily work
• Supporting employees in practical life areas, supporting and assisting our employees with nursing measures / substitute implementation of care
• Designing the framework conditions so that the strengths and abilities of the employees are the focus and further developed
• Active implementation of our pedagogical attitude and the organizational, administrative processes and tasks

Your profile

• Qualified care professional or comparable training
• Enjoyment of both nursing and administrative work
• Experience working with people with support needs
• Knowledge of supported communication
