• You support a real estate accountant in managing a real estate portfolio
• You assist in preparing interim and annual financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for properties
• You prepare service charge statements
• You carry out rebookings and accruals on balance sheets/income statements and service charge statements
• You analyze and clear tenant accounts
• You maintain master data and are responsible for deadline controlling

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
• You bring initial commercial work experience, preferably in the real estate industry
• You have a good understanding of accounting/bookkeeping
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a cooperative approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
